Huntington Beach, CA – April 2, 2009: We’ve extended our popular, inexpensive Econostitch product line by adding Econostitch 66 & 5445 to better serve our customers. Econostitch is our most economic nylon peel ply with red tracers that make it more visible before and after a cure, reducing the possibility of the peel ply being left on the part.

The NEW Econostitch 66 is a heat set and scoured peel ply that is similar to our standard Econostitch with the added benefit of being made from nylon 6,6. The nylon 6,6 provides improved strength with improved removal characteristics.

The NEW Econostitch 5445 is also heat set and scoured nylon peel ply. It has a higher thread count (tighter weave) and is designed for improved release characteristics, making it easier to peel off than our other economy grade, non-coated peel plies.
